This modern Cape Cod house is on a beautiful rural street with Horse Farm’s and farmland. You can enjoy all the adventures and sites that the Wilmington area has to offer. At the front of the house there is a private living room with a TV, for your enjoyment. The 2 bedrooms & private bath are just up the stairs. We live at the back of the house so we will respect your privacy but if you need us we are happy to assist. This is a non-smoking AirBnb, which means no smoking inside or outside. The space Your private living room, the shared living room and bedrooms are bright with comfortable modern furnishings. You will get a great nights rest on comfy beds with super soft sheets. In your private living room you will have a big screen TV, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge for drinks or your leftovers from one of our many great restaurants. Guest access You will have your own entrance to the house which is the front door. You will have a private living room with big screen TV, one to two bedrooms and a bathroom. You will also have access to a shared living room with another large TV. The 2nd bedroom is available for your 3rd and 4th guest. We will never rent out the 2nd Bedroom to someone else during your stay. There is plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles. Wireless High speed internet is available along with Spectrum TV. Our quiet, peaceful area is great for walking, running or riding bikes. During your stay We love socializing but we also know some rather be left alone. We are happy to assist you with any questions and give suggestions of the fun things there are to do around this coastal region. We love going out to eat; so we can suggest some great restaurants to enjoy seafood and other delicacies. My husband Doug is a triathlete, so if you are here for any Triathlons, Marathons or 5ks we will be happy to give you special assistance. Just give us a heads up before you book so that we can work out the arrangements if transportation will be your need. Other things to note We have been doing Airbnb for 4 years now and we are still excited to meet and host people in our home! We love it when people come to visit the Wilmington area and the beautiful beaches that North Carolina has to offer!
