I have a very nicely furnished huge bedroom with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser & desk for rent to a female only. Great option for someone moving to the area, business trips or travel nursing. The space I am a single woman in my 40's and only rent out rooms to other single women so that it is a very comfortable, safe & relaxing environment in all the shared parts of the house for everyone, very clean and quiet. The front door has keypad lock so I will give you a code once you arrive and each room has its own key lock for complete privacy. I own a 4 bedroom, 2,670 square foot house that I bought new 15 years ago and have had several different roommates/renters all along from travel medical professionals to locals, ranging from a couple weeks, months, or several years at a time. So I'm very used to having others in my home and enjoy hosting! I love to cook and bake so my kitchen is fully stocked with everything possible you might want to use. You can use the kitchen and have your own designated shelf in the fridge, freezer and pantry to keep your food. I provide the coffee! Enjoy an amazing cup of coffee to start your day off right from my Jura coffee maker with just a touch of a button and enjoy my Kangen water filter for your drinking water. Guest access Located close to lots of shopping conveniences, I-5 freeway or Hwy 9. Just 5 minutes from the Tulalip Casino & Seattle Premium Outlet Mall or the movie theater, 15 minutes from Providence Hospital or Arlington Hospital, 30 minutes to Skagit Valley Hospital, 1 hour to Canada border or 50 minutes to downtown Seattle (without traffic). Also close to EvCC & Skagit Valley College. During your stay I will be here to greet you, give you a code for front door keypad and key to your bedroom door and help you settle in both to my home and with anything you might need or helpful information about the area. No other house guests unless approved ahead. This is a female only home so everyone feels safe and comfortable.
