La Soleada is a 24 hectare countryside, located in the town of Tomás Jofré, an hour from the city of Buenos Aires on Route 5.  It has four houses for rent, with different characteristics and amenities, a quincho fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom and grills, laundry room, landlord's house (permanent landlord), swimming pool, soccer field and a forest with century-old trees. Abundant shade covering a variety of birds and naughty squirrels. Total Relaxation  The space The modern Casa Acqua, warm and comfortable, has three bedrooms for two people each, and in the main room you can accommodate a third guest in a comfortable futon having a total capacity of up to 7 people. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower. It also has a toilet, a bright dining room, a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, a games room, a reception, a large kitchen with a large double refrigerator, microwave and all the small appliances needed for everyday life. Galleries with tables, chairs, and living games allow you to enjoy the stunning views of the country's sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of home. Silence, tasteful details, impeccable infrastructure, vegetation, the distant horizon to lose sight of in the distance, are ideal for relaxation. Guest access It has an area to be used for all the houses that include: 1.- A quincho equipped with kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, tables, chairs, ping pong games, toad, metegol, bicycles, two bathrooms with toilet and grills (two large) 2.- A room for a laundry room 3.- Pool with solarium, lounge chairs, umbrella. (Not heated) 4.- Soccer/Volleyball court 5.- Forest of centuries-old trees and the entire property in general including the Balta creek area. The natural setting is spectacular. Other things to note As of now La Soleada includes Dry Breakfast in your stay!
