Other things to note Our apartment is just 5 minutes walk from a gorgeous ocean beach complete with a “Surf Shack”, a great spot for lounging the days away. You would access the beach via the pathway up to "On Da Beach" Bar & Grill, our neighborhood’s great hangout right on the beach! Also nearby is the LVA convenience/grocery story, open from 7:30am to 9pm Mon-Sat and 10am-2pm Sunday — very handy!
