Never had issues with guest cat allergies. Make sure you have the correct number of guests on your reservation request. The space The second floor is a great large space. I do live on the first floor. The second floor, 2200 sq feet and has a separate entrance. See the rooms section for more details on the rooms, also the pictures have more explanation. The Third floor has full bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large common area with a queen bed, twin bed, table, couch and TV. There is a lock box on the front door and I will give you the code the day of your arrival. Please leave the key in the lock box as there are keys on the kitchen counter. Walk up the stairs to the second floor and that door will be open and keys (to second floor door) will be on the kitchen counter. Other things to note This is a very quiet neighborhood and guests cannot disrupt or inconvenience the neighbors. If you have more than 2 cars I ask you park them around the corner as to not inconvenience my neighbors in parking in front of their house. PARKING: You can park in front of the house on weekends and holidays. And I have a parking area next to the garage if you prefer. If you will be staying during the week we will need to register vehicles with the Village of Shorewood (search for overnight parking) I can do it for you if you send me the license plate, state, make, model, and color of the vehicle. If you have not provided me the information, then you are must register your vehicle for parking on the street.
