Kitchen has basic amenities. Coffee/tea are self-serve, with light breakfast items. (Please let me know if you will need creamer) A shared full bath, and “ powder room” by kitchen. The bed is a new Queen size. . I will usually be away on weekends. The space This home has spacious common areas, and a large backyard. The rooms themselves do not lock from the outside. Never had a problem in 10 years Hosting. Guest access Common areas include kitchen, dining and living rooms. During your stay I may not be there on your arrival, the key will be in the mailbox. Other things to note Just run the shower a bit less than full blast- the pressure is powerful, and the drain won't quite keep up with the full pressure. Thanks
