The Bonnie View Place was created as a fully furnished temporary living space for those that find themselves working away from home for a little while. You will have the use of the whole house and back yard. This 3 bedroom two bath home is located on a quiet street. Most of the residents work during the week, so its pretty quiet then with more activity of the weekend. It is meant to be rented by one family, or a group of workers on a temporary job. Not an individual room rental. The space Whether you are a construction or a medical professional the Bonnie View Place has a master bedroom with private bath (shower) and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath (tub and shower combo). Common Areas: The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans (just missing a dishwasher). You are welcome to cook as you see fit. We have a full sized pantry. There is an eating area near the kitchen and a table on the back deck. The Living room has a few easy chairs and a 55 " TV with Direct TV viewing. Pretty simple really. The back yard is small with a BBQ, but a nice outdoor space. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and the back yard. In the garage there is a washer and dryer you will have access to, but there is not enough room to put your car in there. Other things to note After you book, we will give you a code to the key box. There will be a key that will allow you into the front door. Please put this key back as I have a keys available for you in your rooms. If you don't need all the keys, please put them in the Master bedroom desk drawer.
