Relax on the balcony with a glass of wine or use the kayaks & paddleboards as well as plenty of workout equipment while watching birds, dolphins & manatees. Tons of card & board games for family fun. Community pool has great river views so forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. The space Full use of all three floors. Third floor offers extra large master bedroom with sliding glass doors and a comfy king size adjustable temprapedic bed with breathtaking views of the river. You can watch sunrises and the moon glistening over the water right from your bed. There is a café table to enjoy morning coffee while looking out over the water. Bedroom has a 55" roku tv and dvd player. There is a large sitting area with a futon couch and futon chair. Second bedroom has a river view as well with another comfy temprapedic king size bed. There is a 45" roku tv in this room. The gorgeous bathroom offers a large step in shower with built in seat to shave. Large double bowl sink and a separate built in seat. This completes the third floor. Second floor offers river views front and back. Large fully equipped kitchen opens to living area with 2 bars offering seating for 2 and 3. Plenty of seating in living room with a dining table overlooking the water. Great for playing all the card and board games that are in the buffet. There is a 65" roku tv and dvd player to enjoy a great family movie. There are tons of dvds under the bar to choose from. My favorite is Captain Ron. On cooler days, you can open the kitchen window and sliding glass door for an awesome river crossbreeze. There is a half bath to finish off the second floor. The first floor has a garage with two bicycles for your use and loads of workout equipment. Use is at your own risk. There are cornhole platforms to use with bean bags and bocce ball in cabinet under small owners frig. There are several fishing poles and tackle box to use out on the shore or the community fishing pier. The third bedroom has a fold down couch that opens to full size. There is a 45" roku tv in this room as well as a desk. Off the bedroom is a full bathroom with washer and dryer. Beach towels are on the shelf above the utility area. Going out to the patio you have a weight bench with barbells and dumbbells. There is a pulley system which offers tons of different exercise options. I love the diversity of this system. There are three kayaks and two paddleboards. Two of the kayaks, blue and orange, are out at the shoreline. Paddles are in the corner of the patio. Jacuzzi is not working at this time. The table has a small firepit in it and there are additional chairs to bring out to enjoy. There is also a firepit that can be used only out on the grass. DO NOT use if windy. You can get wood at ace hardware, publix or walmart. Guest access Use of all three floors except locked owners closets. Front door access is an electronic key pad. Guest have access to community area that includes the pool, grounds and community dock. Please follow pool and dock rules. HOA rules are in the info book supplied in the unit. There are two parking spots side by side in front of the unit. Do not park along the fence as this is a fire lane and do not park in any other units spaces. THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT AT ALL AND NO PETS ALLOWED!!! Other things to note Rocket Launches: Always Subject to change - Please view the Kennedy Space Center website for updates. Please be sure to check the water at night to see if the bioluminescence is out. It can be very breathtaking given the opportunity to see it. Guests can use all workout equipment at their own risk. Also there are two bicycles for guest use. If Trek race bike is there, it is separate and not for guest use but the other two can be used by guests. I also have fishing gear if you would like to go out on the dock and fish or fish from shore. You will see a lot of people standing in the water fishing. Corn hole and bocce ball is available as guests use as well.
