The backyard is fully equipped for relaxing and fun time: set of kids swings, charcoal bbq, gas heater, Fire pit, patio swing, dining set with bench. Inside you’ll find fully equipped bedrooms, 2baths: jetted tub, 2 showers. Kitchen is equipped for any level of cooking experience. Dining room has a big table and coffee area with the most comfortable chairs. Have Tesla charger and EV adapter. The space Hi! Thank you for staying in our coastal cottage. We were making this space for for family and did it with love and joy. We’d like for you to share the experience of having a great time in our home like we do when we get a chance to come here. The house is newly renovated. All the furniture is new, as well as all small appliances. The backyard was upgraded as well. We got all the fun stuff for your vacation: swings, bbq, outdoor heater, fishing poles, crab pots etc. We offer 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate your family and guests. Spacious living room has a few zones: entryway with little closet to hang your coats, reading area with a rocking chair, tv area with couch and a comfy chair, electrical fireplace/heater and the workspace with a little bureau for your laptop. Kitchen and dining area are perfect for having guest for a meal together. Its open space, so you can cook, get the table ready and still interact with everybody. We have a little coffee area with 2 comfiest chairs ever, it’s perfect for a morning teatime or evening tête-à-tête over a glass of wine. First bathroom is equipped with all that necessary, has also a jetted tub. The second bathroom with a shower also has all you may need, it has a private access from one of the bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have new TVs, clothes storage, 2 kings bed , 1 queen and a little couch. The 4th bedroom has also new and nice sofa bed. Laundry has washer and dryer. In the garage you can find picnic chairs, beach toys, fishing poles etc. It’s a lovely place, coastal village with nice food, great people, located in between river and ocean. Our house is right in middle of everything. And we tried to make it perfect for a family vacation or a little weekend gateway. Hope you’ll love as we do. Guest access No parking on Easy street. To get to the parking spaces and garage, drive to the opposite side of the house: Going up on Easy street turn left to the 2nd street and make first right on the private road.
