Our comfortable renovated three-level farmhouse is located in the beautiful Catskill Mountains and has lots of space for your family & friends. The property includes river access right at the road & huge lawn. Enjoy lots of nature - The East Branch of the Delaware river offers amazing fishing and kayaking and the spacious yard is perfect for yard games and gathering around the campfire. The space Charming Renovated farmhouse; 2-floors with loft space . It has 2 kitchens, 3 Private bedrooms: Main Bedroom with a Queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin 3rd has a queen There are two pullout sofabeds; one in each livingroom. There is a top-level loft with 4 full mattresses for additional sleeping space. Guest access Entire house & property; two-acre lawn, river & 1/2 acre riverfront meadow located across the road from the house. Other things to note As part of the amenities, the house is equipped with a deck with table for lounging and dining, a propane-barbecue, telescope, board games, a couple of bicycles. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $50 for our cleaning staff. No Smoking inside the house. No ATVs or dirt bikes allowed! This is a home in the country. Please be aware there is a chance to see mice in the house. We do our best at keeping them out but unfortunately sometime they still get in.
