A Legacy House is designed to provide comfortable and affordable short-term stays for guests visiting Taylor, Upland, and the surrounding communities. It is owned by Taylor University alumni and hosted by Kenn or Alexander. The space This cozy two story cottage has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the 1st floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and 1/2 bath with tub. Upstairs, bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed. Also, the bath with a shower is on first floor next to kitchen. New flooring was installed in living room and first floor bedroom in 2019. New metal roof installed March 2020. Rebuild deck March 2020. Parking: room for three cars in the rear and one in the front. Guest access Guests have access to entire house, the yard, and parking off alley or in front. Other things to note A Legacy House is currently undergoing some minor updates, so please excuse any renovation inconveniences. New flooring has been installed in living room and 1st floor Also, a little more painting will occur. WiFi, internet access, and TV with basic cable channels are now available! A 50” TV and a Blue-ray player are available, so you can enjoy DVD/Blue-ray movies. Also, log into your own streaming app! Before checking out, please put all used towels on washing machine. Please strip the bedding and leave it on floor next to bed. Please leave blankets and comforters on the end of beds. Please wash dirty dishes. You may leave dishes in drying rack. Please make sure all lights and fans are off and windows and doors are locked on your way out. Please set thermostat to 74. Thank you!
