The space I have a quaint 3 bedroom/2 full bath home in a quiet cul-de-sac with a private fence in the back yard. The rooms are split where the Master bedroom is on one side of the house, kitchen/dining/living rooms in the center, and the 2 guests rooms are on the other side. The guest bathroom is shared and is located between the two guest bedrooms with one door access through the small hallway leading to the rooms. You will be staying in a private room on one side of the house with front door entrance through the main living room. Bedroom has 1 twin XL size bed, chair, desk, portable clothes hanger, small microwave, dorm size refrigerator, and WiFi. Parking - SMALL VEHICLE ONLY - Large trucks/cars do not fit in driveway when sharing space with 2 other vehicles. Overnight street parking is prohibited. Guest access You have access to the kitchen & dining area - dishes, cooking/eating utensils. Livingroom for sitting to chat or watch some TV. If you are sick (cold, flu, Covid, etc) please respect others by keeping your distance and/or wear a mask as needed. Fenced-in back yard for privacy. Plenty of shade in the late afternoon/evening and tables and chairs are on the lawn and small patio for a quiet place to sit and get some fresh air. A large grill is available for use as well. The front porch gets the morning sun but has the late morning and afternoon shade. Kitty's Catio takes up most of the porch, but I have a lawn chair just outside the front door for a quiet place to sit. The guest full bathroom is just outside the bedroom door (shared with other guests). There are soap and paper towel dispensers and disinfectant wipes for use after each visit to the bathroom. For your laundry needs, I recommend Atlantic Coast Laundry, 419 S College Rd Ste 30, Wilmington, NC 28403. During your stay I can be reached by phone and text. Also, I will be available in person. However, I am not always on the premises. Other things to note Parking is limited to small sized suvs, small vehicles. Large trucks/SUVs do not fit in driveway when sharing space with 2 other vehicles. Overnight street parking is prohibited. Mattie is my precious dog who loves people - mainly for treats and petting! She is a greeter working on the "stay down" command! Kitty is my other pet who generally stays away from everyone - including me! Due to safety concerns regarding my pets and the pets of others, to include service animals, NO ANIMALS allowed in my shared space home. NO SMOKING/VAPING ANYWHERE INSIDE OR ON THE PROPERTY. Absolutely no bringing other people/friends (who are not a part of booking) to our home... not even to "hangout for a little bit". Again, please respect our home and don't show up with a stranger on our doorstep. Please do not give out our address or have friends meet you at our home. No locals. No third party reservations.
