Conveniently located off Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, this Owner and co-host occupied pool home is tucked in a cul de sac one mile back offering a quiet and serene setting-- Less than 40 minutes to beaches in Jacksonville and St. Augustine and less than 2 hours to Orlando. Close to restaurants, fast food and shopping! The space Our Air BnB Rooms are in our warm, welcoming and comfortable home; they share a private bath and are located on the opposite side of the house from the Owners’ suite, offering plenty of privacy. The rest of our home is shared with our fur babies, Cooper (dog) and Ramsey and Kedi (our cats). Off street parking is available in my driveway -- only one vehicle per guest room. Guest access Guests are invited to enjoy our beautiful garden and pool area, created and maintained by your co-host, Christopher. Dining space is available in several locations throughout the garden, as well as in the kitchen, formal dining room, and the Florida Room. PLEASE NOTE: Extended stays ONLY may enjoy limited use of the kitchen and laundry (1 personal load/week) During your stay Owner/co-host occupied home provides hosts on premises to answer any questions.
