Short term rental permit number #2022-1 The space Peaceful-1 bedroom unit with your own bathroom (non-attached) , with 1 flight of stairs in a home, with ample of backyard space to relax and spend time outside listening to birds chirping and winds blowing through the trees, night sky views are gorgeous almost every night throughout the year. Of course, the best part of the trip would ideally be your visit to the largest lake in NJ, Lake Hopatcong, with the entrance to the state park being 4 mins drive from our location but you can find additional things to do locally in the welcome binder when you arrive. At the state park , they have benches, outdoor grill, picnic areas, restrooms, beach area and volleyball area. There are local business that rent out different sizes of boats, kayaks and canoes to make your time on the lake even more memorable. You will enjoy your private space, which is equipped with a fridge and a microwave, has a table and chair that can serve as a workstation for some who like to work away from home and a queen sized bed. For your entertainment, while you stay, you can access Netflix with various other free channels on the amazon firestick tv. There is no live TV but if you have a subscription with any provider you may use your own login to watch your favorite channels. Ample amount of parking space is available, since we are on a quiet street. We have a deli (3 in 1) that's at a walkable distance form us, plus Walgreens for last minute shopping for items that we forget to get with us on our trips. Upon confirmation of the reservation and before arrival , we will provide with a digital key for self check-in and check-out. You will require a smart phone to access the key. Also, once your trip is confirmed in order for the town to have your vehicle on their zoning and parking list, you will be required to provide us: 1. Your age, the name and age of your companion and your vehicles license plate (tag). Please be considerate of check-in and check out times as the key will no longer be accessible after check-out. House Rules: There is a strict no-smoking (of any kind) policy in our home. No Alcohol / drugs. No additional guest or parties (total guests per trip 2 only) Please be mindful of that when you book. No cooking within unit. No add on appliances in addition to what has been already provided within the unit. If guests violate the house rules they forfeit their ability to leave a public review. Guests are requested to not be loud after 10.30 pm as that is the bed time for the entire family. Please remember that we reserve the rights to cancel/terminate the stay of house rules are not followed. Strict no-smoking policy. Please be considerate about noise levels (no loud noises) at night after 10.30 pm as it will disturb the residents of the home and neighbors. Make sure that the door is locked every time you step in or out of the house as we have a dog that may escape the premises. Please be considerate about the neighbors by not trashing the neighborhood and being loud. Please be polite and kind to others. Remember this is someones home, please maintain the peace and serenity that we love to provide our guests during their stay.
