Spring Park and the St. John's River are just a mile down the road. The three bedroom home sleeps eight and features a brand new king bed in the master suite. The open concept living room and kitchen are great for entertaining and the backyard is completely fenced in for your four-legged pals. The space The Sunny Side Up Villa is a cozy, private, three bedroom home located in the heart of Green Cove Springs. When you first enter the home you will be greeted by a bright entranceway with a nice collection of board games and a well-stocked library. On your left you will find the master suite with a brand new king sized bed and plush love seat. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and huge closet. Going down the hall you will enter the open living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for use. The living room has a super comfy couch and big screen TV with a fire stick. Netflix is included at the house and the fast WiFi speeds will allow you to stream any service you want. There’s also a dedicated work space. Off the living room are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with a full size bed. There is also an additional full bathroom. Lastly, the backyard has an outdoor patio with a gas BBQ perfect fro grilling and entertaining. The backyard is fully fenced in for your four-legged family members. Guest access Guests at the Sunny Side Up Villa have access to the entire private home. You also have a completely fenced in backyard that’s perfect for your four-legged family members! Other things to note In addition to all the house has to offer, guests can also use the provided bicycles to explore historic Green Cove Springs! The city center is located right on the St. John’s River so you can explore Spring Park, watch the sunrise from the pier, and explore the local shops. Bring your bathing suit and go for a dip in the historic, spring-fed community pool that flows directly into the river!
