Our guest house is conveniently located less than a mile from Historic Downtown McKinney. Take a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk through the historic district to see what downtown has to offer. Shopping, dining, the arcade, a museum...it truly has something for everyone! We're also located about 2 miles from the Cotton Mill, Cotton Gin and several other wedding venues, which makes this the perfect location if you're in town for a wedding. The space The guest house is a beautifully decorated and newly built (2021) 2 bedroom and 1 bath with full kitchen, patio and private entrance. We have free street parking and we're a convenient 15 minute walk to the Historic Downtown McKinney square. The guest house is connected to our personal house and you will have a private outdoor space with a separate entrance . Having our family on site means we are here should any problems or questions arise, but we stay out of your way and let you enjoy your time here. The house includes a full kitchen with all the comforts of home and is stocked with coffee, water and everything you need to get started in the kitchen. We also have ultra-fast wifi and TV with streaming. Master bedroom has Queen-sized bed, walk-in-closet and jack-and-jill bathroom with two vanities. Second bedroom is perfect for kids with built in single beds and plenty of storage. We also have a pack n play, high chair an exersaucer available upon request.
