A cute, modern farmhouse on the outskirts of town! The space We are Russ and Lisa Rice of Broken Bow and we welcome you to Round Valley Farmhouse! It is a country stay with modern amenities. It is perfect for families, couples retreats and even can be used for business stays/meetings. The farmhouse has gone through a total renovation which includes new windows, new electrical, (including being wired for Ethernet), new plumbing, new roof, new siding, new kitchen with all new appliances, and we created a much needed second bathroom upstairs. Now the house has a new purpose as a lovely B&B. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, plus a trundle bed (sleeps 2) in the upstairs largest bedroom, allowing room for up to 8 people*. Guest access Great location for a private, country setting but close to the Fair grounds, swimming pool and restaurants down town. Other things to note We also have a Traeger grill for your use.
