The bedroom has a king size Tempur-Pedic bed, luxurious rugs, ample modular closet space, two dressers, an infrared fireplace heater and a standard-sized desk with a wheeled task chair. French doors provide access to a covered patio with private seating for two. Included ENO double hammock easily mounts in this vicinity as well. Sleeping cots can be made available upon request to accommodate two children. The living room is appointed with a modern cloth sectional which comfortably seats three plus a leather reclining armchair. A vibrant 48" 4K HDTV with AppleTV and Sony soundbar/ sub-woofer occupy the repurposed fireplace. The well-lit bathroom has an integrated shower with a deep jetted bathtub. Laundry room is located just off the kitchen and consists of an extra large side-by-side clothes washer and dryer and a laundry sink. Iron and ironing board are provided as well. Guest access Front and back garden areas are available for guests to enjoy. The guest suite is physically separated by a locked door which is located at the top of an interior stairwell that leads to the main level of our home.
