This recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath house offers visitors a private residence close to the charming port city of Wilmington, NC. Conveniently located twenty minutes from both Wrightsville Beach and historic downtown Wilmington, and airport, the house will comfortably sleep four, place has plenty of room for parking so bring boat or jet skis. Parking in front of garage/barn, do not park in front yard, there are two driveways to access property, you may use either or both. The space House in the Pines is close to beaches and airport as well as downtown Wilmington. Wrightsville Beach. 20 mins., Carolina Beach, Fort Fisher Aquarium 45 mins, Topsail Beach. Parking at beaches are $5.00 per hour or $25.00 per day Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and surrounding yard, there is also a picnic table in back yard and I have chairs if you want to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. Other things to note House in the Pines is close to area beaches and historic downtown Wilmington. It is also close to New Hanover County Airport. House has laundry detergent in case you need to do laundry, it also has some condiments in kitchen( mayo, mustard, ketchup, salt, pepper, peanut butter, oil, sugar, flour, jelly,margarine, butter, plastic wrap, foil, ziplock bags, bottled water). Kitchen also has every thing you will need for cooking. The bathroom has ( soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and shampoo for kids, hair dryer). House has beach towels, chairs and umbrella for your use. Long term guest will need to provide their own bathroom tissue, paper towels, laundry supplies and all other necessities. House electric heat and air conditioner. I have supplies for cleaning for COVID, hand sanitizer, disposable gloves. I use Clorox cleanup on all surfaces and I use Lysol laundry sanitizer on all linens and towels. I clean house at least 24 hours before guest arrive then no one enters house until guest arrive. I also have a no pet policy, therefore no dogs or cats are allowed.
