It’s a safe and wonderful neighborhood, perfect for beach lovers, 30min drive to St. Augustine historic town, and many long white sand ocean beaches. It’s a perfect choice for the away from home relaxing stay. The space House is totally remodeled and upgraded, very spacious, with formal living room and a large family room with smart TV and wifi. Guest access The entire house including the 2 car garage and the fenced-in backyard with a private pool. Other things to note Watch your children all the time, especially when they are out at the swimming pool or anywhere in the back yard area. Adult supervision is required. There is a pool alarm door system at back door to the backyard and pool.
