The property is right on Haigler Creek within the Haigler Creek Community between Payson and Young, AZ. You’ll love my place because you can get away from it all to enjoy fresh air in the pines beside a year-round flowing creek. In addition to great relaxation, there is hiking and trout fishing located 1-mile up stream (stocked regularly by AZ Fish and Game). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please Be Aware: 10 miles of Dirt Road to the Cabin. The space This 3 bedroom, nearly 2,000 SF, cabin has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Large master bedroom on first floor. Lots of windows and high ceilings downstairs, 2 full size sofas in living room, and dining for 6 next to fireplace. Cabin includes an open wrap-around porch with a gas grill, and bench/picnic table for guest use. Guest access Lock box Access. Guests may enjoy the TV, VCR and DVD player. There is No Cell Service, No Internet, No wifi, No cable or television reception. Other things to note Please be aware: There are 10 miles of dirt road to access the propety, some of which are narrow and steep. A Truck is recommended but a car will be okay. The road can be quite washboardy and rocky and sometimes slick when it’s raining, so be prepared to drive slow. Please make sure you have good tires and a good spare before you come up. There is No cellular or internet service available at the property. Generally you can get good cell service 1.5 miles up the road towards young at the top of the hill. There is a land line phone at the cabin. Please be aware that we do have neighbors and one is currently constructing a new house next door and may be working some weekends. No Cleaning Fees, but you must haul out all your own trash. Thanks.
