This studio is owned by Calumet Floral & Gifts which is Located in the heart of Calumet’s National Historic Park District. We are a short walk to fun local shops, coffee cafés, eateries, Calumet Theatre & Calumet’s Colosseum. We are centrally located to gorgeous beaches, State Parks, hiking, waterfalls, skiing, snowmobiling & all of the best Copper Country outdoor activities! We are also a quick drive away from Michigan Technological University & Finlandia University. The space Our studio is a brand new renovation in our historic building. For years it has sat vacant, waiting to be restored and enjoyed again! Kitchenette & eating area are located on the second floor while the living room/bedroom studio and full bath are on the third floor overlooking Calumet rooftops. The entire space is accessed through private entrance off the main hall above our flower & gift shop. Guest access The main hallway is the shared entry for our apartment residents. However the entire studio is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Please note: you must be able to navigate two full flights of stairs in order to enjoy our sweet studio space.
