Welcome to our 4 bedroom/2bathroom cozy and kid-friendly home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional detached guest room. Located on a quiet street, we can accommodate up to 8 guests for a comfortable stay. The house is a short 7 blocks to the ocean! 5mins drive to the scenic White Point Beach with surfing place and tide pool, 7mins to Cabrillo beach and Aquarium, lighthouse, Iowa battleship. 30mins to LAX airport and Downtown LA. Walking distance to grocery store&restaurants. The space Stylishly designed and fully-furnished interiors feature a living area with a new 85-inch mini LED TV and Sonos Ultimate Immersive Set with Arc sound system for enjoying Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO, Disney+ on high-speed fiber internet. There are also plenty of board games for your game night. The fully-stocked kitchen boasts ample counter space, two dining areas with normal and kids’ size dining table sets. Appliances include an Oven, a microwave/air fryer, Nespresso Machine, waffle maker, sandwich maker. Bedroom configuration: • Master Bedroom: 1 king-size bed, 1 travel crib • Bedroom 2: 1 loft bed with 2 twin-size beds • Bedroom 3: 1 king-size bed • Guest room: 1 king-size bed (note: detached from the main house with no bathroom) The backyard offers outdoor seating, dining, and string lights for evening ambiance. Kids (Under 14yrs old) can enjoy an indoor swing, outdoor trampoline, seesaw and a variety of toys and book suitable for ages 0-10. Please note: 1. This house has no AC (However, being close to the ocean, there's a constant refreshing breeze, particularly in the evenings. Nights tend to cool down naturally, and overall, it's cooler here compared to inside Los Angeles.) 2. We provide a trampoline, a seesaw and a indoor swing for children under 14 years old. While we take every precaution to ensure their safety, guests acknowledge and accept that their children's use of these amenities is at their own risk. We advise parental supervision at all times to prevent any accidents or injuries. By utilizing these amenities, guests agree to release us from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during their stay. 3. While the photos accurately represent the overall look and feel of the space, I am constantly improving my home's style and may have updated certain furnishings or decor since the photos were taken. As a result, there may be slight differences in the furniture or decor you see upon arrival. Rest assured, any changes are made with the intention of enhancing your experience and providing a comfortable stay. 4. Access to the garage and two storage areas located within the bedrooms will not be provided. Guest access Parking is available in the driveway, with space for up to three cars. Additionally, there is ample street parking in the vicinity. Other things to note We've got awesome quiet neighbors, so please no parties/gatherings/get-togethers. Please note: Our properties have 2 external cameras and alarm systems for security. Please note that while we do welcome pets we do charge a $100 pet fee to cover additional cleaning to keep the house as clean, and allergy free, as possible. Registration number HSR22-000685
