Apartment Mins La Parguera The apartment features parking for four cars, a covered terrace, and a full bathroom on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a bathroom, in addition to laundry area on the second level, in the first room there is a queen bed and in the other room there are two bunk beds (1 full bed and 4 twin beds) and on the third level is the kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and living room. It also has a balcony with a spectacular view. The space The apartment is a comfortable and cozy one. Being there is to disconnect and it is excellent for recharging batteries. Guest access You can use all areas of the apartment except the asotea which has a "No Pass" sign on the spiral staircase next to the dining area. Other things to note The property is exclusively for eight (8) people. No pets allowed Violating some of these rules will result in a penalty of $150.00 per person per day. And if there are pets on the property, the same penalty will apply.
