This custom home in the Kirkwood neighborhood is definitely an Airbnb to brag about! Downtown Kirkwood has plenty of dining options 6:30 a.m. to midnight, just 0.8 miles from the house. We are experienced, active Airbnb hosts and are opening up our entire home to you! Pets allowed with discussion and prior approval. The space This home has so much southern charm! Enjoy sitting on the front porch and the upstairs porch. There is a huge back porch for dining and a backyard with plenty of space to explore. We take excellent care of our home and have made it a comfortable place to live and entertain. The open concept kitchen flows nicely into the living room and dining room. There is so much space to spread out and socialize with you group! There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms available for you to use. There is a Queen bedroom on the main floor. Upstairs are three more bedrooms (King, Queen, and Twin). The Master Suite features a huge walk-in shower and a back deck with a hot tub. Relax after a busy day. About the backyard and Pool: In the summer months the back yard pool is like a day at a resort. The heated pool is only available for use during spring and summer months April- September. The backyard pool area boasts an outdoor entertainment area, lounge area , dinning table, 1ft sun tan shelf and a wood burning fireplace. Beyond the pool area the specious backyard is home to our chickens and trampoline and small playground for the kids. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway. Other things to note There is one bedroom on the main floor but otherwise, you will have to go up steps to reach the other additional bedrooms. We have chickens in the backyard. Please go visit but do not let them out of there coop. Our windows are quite thick and our guests say that you cannot hear them from inside. We do also have a pet dog “Zipper ” that lives in the home with us but who will not be home during your stay. Please be sure to mention Zipper as your “secret code” when you are requesting to book the property We strictly do not allow additional guests. We can host up to 7 and DO NOT allow day visitors or additional overnight guests. If you have a special situation or maybe have an 8th person in your group, we may be able to accommodate your request. Let’s discuss before you book! If you show up with an undeclared guest or if a person different from the person who booked shows up instead of you, or if we detect day guests on property with out prior permission we will immediately cancel your booking and call 911 to have police escort everyone (including you) off of the property. You will be subject to pay our additional guest fees on your cancelled booking. If you plan to bring a dog, no worries we love our Golden doodle Zipper. Please review the house rules about pets. There is a non-refundable deposit required for each pet. It would be helpful if you can upload a photo of your pet as a secondary profile picture before you book. That way we can see your pets and know what to expect. We welcome children and teens. Please do not leave any child under the age of 15 unsupervised at the house.
