The back deck has a private hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ to enjoy while the front deck is perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Once you step onto the balcony you will be in a world surrounded by tall, fragrant pine trees and breathtaking views. It’s the perfect spot to have a morning cup of coffee, an evening glass of wine or dine outside and watch the sunset over the mountains. On the back deck you can enjoy a private bubbly hot tub and make s’mores around the fire pit listening to the calming sounds of nature. After a day of exploring, hiking, or snow play, unwind inside the main living room which truly exudes a cabin feel with it's knotty pine walls, open wood beams, and beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace. The comfortable leather furniture makes it a great space for movie night or to watch your favorite sporting event. Game time is not to be missed with a variety of games for all ages. If music is on your mind, you can listen to nostalgic vinyl on the vintage style record player. Safety Features: For your safety, the cabin has a natural gas Generac generator installed that will automatically turn on in case of a power failure. The cabin is also equipped with Smoke detectors, Carbon Monoxide detectors, Multiple fire extinguishers, a First-Aid kit, and rechargeable flashlights. Wildlife: Vista Pines Cabin is in the mountains, so expect to see wildlife. We love watching our forest friends and understand this is their home. Respect the animals and their space. Please do not taunt, tease, or abuse any animal or their habitat. WINTER WEATHER: Be prepared for unpredictable weather and plenty of snow in the winter, which can be wonderful to enjoy but also disruptive to travel plans. We highly recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle during snow season and snow chains. It is your responsibility to check the weather and road conditions. In case of snow and/or icy conditions; Chains are mandatory, it’s the law, and they are required to be in your vehicle. Chain control check points will not allow you to proceed up the mountain without them. Also, when driving through the mountain many streets and neighborhoods have winding roads and steep hills that can be difficult to maneuver without the proper vehicle or equipment. Security Camera Disclosure: There are security cameras around the perimeter of the cabin to protect our property and guests. We are committed to respecting your privacy during your stay and will not review or share footage unless necessary. Please note that this property does not have A/C and has a flight of stairs to the front door. You'll need to keep your eyes on the smallest guests near the fireplace and on the decks. Street parking is not permitted and subject to tow away. Other things to note Due to San Bernardino County Short Term Rental law, this property cannot accommodate more than 6 guests. Please be respectful of this legal requirement. Guests who abuse this law will be asked to leave without refund. Additionally, our neighbors are very kind and live in the area permanently.
