The second bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a toaster.The piano had been tuned and is ready to be played! (Did I mention that, the barn has a piano). ***This is a smoke free apartment, a $250.00 dollars fee will be charge if you smoke inside the apartment. ** Cottrell by the River, has original floors from 1800's. base on that the floor is uneven in some places. Recently, installed a very efficient heat pump that will keep you cool in hot steamy summer days and warm and toasty in winter nights! No smoking allowed in the property or the apartment . Thanks Guest access Guests can access the back yard. Where kids can play soccer, Basquetball ( not a profesional hoop) or just run around. The yard is equipped with a gas grill, fire pit, fire wood, chairs a hammock and a big lawn area to play or relax. I love gardens! I had been working very hard to provide a beautiful and colorful environment full of flowers! If you are lucky and visit in September, the peach trees will be loaded with delicious peaches! At the end of the lawn there is a dock with a ramp and a float that guests can use, at their own discretion. Other things to note This is a non smoking place. Not smoking on any part of the property.
