Two extra towels will be left in the closet for reservation for more than two days. If exceptional cleaning is needed for stains or extreme dirtiness we will pass the extra cleaning costs on to you. If you have friends or family coming to visit, please have them book in their own name. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. If the published occupancy is exceeded, the entire security deposit will be charged in full. We may implement video surveillance in public areas (common stairwells, front porches, etc) to ensure the safety and security of all guests. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE RESIDENCE. We may use noise level monitoring technology to ensure the comfort and security of our neighbors. If guests interfere with cleaning past the agreed checkout time, guests will be charged $50 per hour of delay past the agreed checkout time. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, tell us as soon as possible.
