The space Built circa 1850, this barn was part of a working farm that included the neighboring property, where the original farmhouse sits. Our best guess at the conversion to a family home is the 1960s. But much of the structural interior, particularly the first floor, is reminiscent of its roots...original beams and wide plank flooring, odd step downs, and a bit of a tilt. We've added modern amenities where practical, but refrained from changing the footprint, embracing the history of this unique property. We've had guests from 2 to 90 years old.
