The villa is a short walk to famous Sapodilla Bay Beach and offers sviews of Chalk Sound National Marine Park. The Villa: The villa was designed to offer privacy and the best of what Turks and Caicos offers, views of the incredible turquoise waters and a short walk to the beach. The pool provides the best place to relax at the end of the day at the beach and the rooftop terrace and lounge is a must to watch the sun set with some cold drinks. Guest access: Guests are given access to the full villa and the villa is totally private. Our assistance is available if required. There is a private parking space for car rentals (which is highly recommended) Other things to note: Like most of the Island, please note that there is construction on the neighboring property (which has been idle for over a year) and the property across the road. There might be construction noise during business hours. Gardeners come once a week and pool staff come every other week on Fridays. The harbour gates close subdivision has 24 hour security patrolling the subdivision entry street.
