The space Here's what's on the inside of the 1500 sqft compound. 1 main house that is 1368 sqft which includes a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room, guest 1/2 bath, and foyer. 1 casita that is connected by a stone pathway to the main house and includes 1 twin and 1 full memory foam mattress bunk bed. Both the main house and the casita have their own desks / workspaces with 200Mbps Wifi for those road warriors. Amenities include smart AC/Heat, Kitchen w/ cooking and serving accessories, complementary coffee via Keurig K-Cups, electric hot kettle / tea, glassware and plates, fridge, microwave, linens, blankets, and toiletries. Outdoors = Casita patio and fenced in yard w/ relaxing gravity chairs to view the stars, patio furniture. We have a fire pit, but do not keep dry wood stocked so plan to bring some if you’re planning to use the fire pit or ask in advance and we can stock some from a local company you can pay directly. City of Dripping Springs imposes a 7% sales tax on all short term rentals in addition to the 6% sales tax TX imposes for all short terms rentals. Airbnb has an agreement to collect and remit the state tax (6%), but not the city tax (7%). You will be billed via airbnb's request money feature prior to check in.
