A queen sized bed is in the main living area. The space accommodates 2 very comfortably, but can squeeze in a 3rd person ( most suitable for a child) if you open up the sofa bed (firm but functional) in the alcove. The carriage house is attached to the main house, but with its own separate entrance, we offer you complete privacy while only being a text away if you need anything. There is a small flat screen TV in the alcove with antenna and built in DVD player. ***Please note there is no cable and it is not a Smart TV. - Charlottesville Airport- 15 minutes Guest access Explore our 12 acres including a stream; have access to a picnic table, swings and country roads for walking or biking. ** NO Smoking/Vaping inside or outside on the property.
