Don't be too careless and drop off over the railing there. Wifi doesn't like the TVs. Use cell phone Hotspots to access Smart TV features - works like a charm. No smoking, unlisted guests, or pets allowed anywhere on the property at any time. One sink knob is broken. Wifi router sometimes needs reconnecting.
