Experience Niagara Falls and Lake Ontario like a local! You'll enjoy a restful sleep in our older two bedroom cottage within view of the lakeshore and a public pebble beach. Our quaint cottage is just minutes from Olcott Beach, the Niagara Wine Trail, and world-famous fishing along 18 Mile Creek and the Burt Dam. Niagara Falls is about 30 miles away and the Buffalo metropolitan area is about 40 miles. End your day with a dip in the hot tub or a barbecue and drinks around the fire pit! Enjoy! The space The bathroom is quite small and the shower is 30 x 30. Each bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed. Guest access Guests may use the back patio and gas grill. There is currently no laundry on site, but there are nearby laundromats in Olcott and Newfane. Lawn chairs and extra propane are located in the blue shed Other things to note Please note that this property is on the American (United States) side of Niagara Falls and Lake Ontario. Upstate New York is primarily rural, so public transport and some cell service networks might be limited. A private vehicle is recommended and caution is encouraged when driving in inclement weather.
