A beautiful house in a trendy neighborhood about 3 Miles to downtown or Uptown. Abundant parks, a great beach, neighborhood grocery store, café and coffee shop within walking distance. Private guest room and bathroom. My well behaved dog would welcome yours in the house as well as her fenced backyard. I have extensive personal knowledge of the city and would welcome helping you plan your visit to Minneapolis. The space My home is in a very progressive picturesque neighborhood with our own coffee shop, small grocery store and even a restaurant with the sidewalk café. The thing I love the most about living in this neighborhood is that I am two blocks from two very large parks including one that is filled with trails in the woods. In the winter lots of people come to cross country ski or walk their dogs through the woods and snow. In the summer the wildflower garden is a big draw. Guest access Guests can use any part of the house they like including the beautiful backyard I encourage my guests to make themselves at home. I do have a large hot tub which guests are welcome to use in the winter, it’s usually running late October thru April. During your stay I am often around, available and happy to share a coffee or glass of wine, some advice about the city or even occasionally a ride to downtown. I’m also happy to stay out of the way . My dog will insist on attention from visitors and is happy to go for a walk with anyone. Other things to note There are lots of great things going on in our neighborhood but Uber and Lyft can get you downtown or into uptown for about seven dollars. Registration number Exempt
