This adorable cottage is a fun getaway and place to unwind. Enjoy a day on our beach or exploring the town of Urbanna. The space The Little Dipper is a quaint, vintage cottage overlooking the Rappahannock River. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and clothing storage. This bedroom also provides access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is on the small side outfitted with the bunk beds to help maximize the space. The bathroom is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, and soap. Linens & blankets are provided for the bedrooms. The kitchen and living space create an open and airy room with a bistro table for dining and loveseat for lounging. French doors lead from the living area to our screened porch overlooking the Rappahannock River. Excellent place for morning coffee, unwinding after a day on the water, or to enjoy a local seafood feast. A boardwalk leads from the cottage to the beach for easy access and the outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off sandy feet. We're excited to offer 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards to our guests. ***We have a golf cart & boat rental (Regal 1900 bowrider) available for daily rental rates*** Golf cart will be delivered prior to your arrival & the boat is located in a nearby slip at the town marina. Please message us if you are interested in either. Virginia Boater's License is required to operate a boat in the state of Virginia. Other things to note Bed linens are provided. Bathroom is only accessible from within primary bedroom - which might not provide as much privacy as some would prefer. We provide bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. Also provided is a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Queen bed in primary room and the second bedroom has a twin bunk bed.
