We affectionately call this our grammy flat. When friends and Grammy come to visit this is their space. But the rest of the time we love to host other guests! This tiny house is close but separate from our main house. We are located on a 10 acre parcel near the end of a quiet road. The views are the trees. A cozy getaway close to the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Please note that there are 35 stairs to reach the front door! The space Our flat fits the definition of a tiny home. A compact 280 square feet is just right for being comfortable but doesn't leave much room for extra people or pets. The fold out couch will sleep a third adult or two small children. It is firm but unfortunately not particularly comfortable. The main bed is a queen. The bathroom has a 32" shower stall - this is smaller than an average shower. The kitchen has a propane range with an ample amount of counter space. The internet is shared with hosts. It is generally reliable and sufficient to stream a movie but not always. There is reasonably good AT&T cell reception most of the time although I usually have to be outside to make a quality phone call. We welcome pets that do not get on the furniture. An additional cleaning fee may apply if your pet tends to shed a lot. We do welcome children of all ages but please note that the stair and deck railings are not child safe. Guest access Parking is completely off the road and private. There is easily space for 2 or more cars. Other things to note We have a dog that is friendly once she knows you. She can be an aggressive barker when she meets a new person. She generally is with us or stays inside but please let us know if this would be a concern and we will be sure to keep her away
