Stone walls and fire pit are made with rock sourced from the 2 acre property. There is a small koi pond and pollinators' garden. The groundwork for multiple garden beds has been established providing sweeping, colorful year-round views There is ample parking. Fresh towels & linens. Wifi & good cell phone reception. Eye catching mid-century collectables & furniture, but NO TV. Most GPS's list the house in Pine Bush, and give the correct directions, yet the house is in Cragsmoor, approximately 2 1/2 miles from Sam's Point Preserve and other State Park hiking areas. Within a few minutes drive are the Blue Cliff, Dharma Drum & Dharmakaya Monasteries. Ellenville, a 5 minute drive, is home to The Shadowland Theater & a number of fine restaurants and is the hanggliding Mecca of the area. The Gunks ie Mohonk Preserve, Peter's Kill, Minnewaska State Park & the Ukrainian Center are less than a 30 minutes drive. The Gunks is an international destination for rock climbing & top roping is popular in Peter's Kill. There are a number of micro breweries and local wineries within 30 minutes. Farmer's Markets, farm stands, pick your own farms, a health food store & super markets are within a 10 minute drive. Foraging for berries & mushrooms, in the woods, is also popular. New Paltz is less than 45 minutes away. Woodstock, Saugerties & Rhinebeck are a little under an hour's drive. Albany is an hour away. The area is rich in natural beauty. Scenic overlooks, hikes, creeks, waterfalls, lakes & orchards abound! Guest access Guest will have full access to kitchen, outdoor space & shared bathroom. A small bbq grill and bag of charcoal is provided. Adult board games, kids toys & games along with plenty of books & magazines are stocked on the entertainment unit. Parking space for 2 vehicles. Check-in by 4pm & check-out by 11am. During your stay Interaction with my Guest depends entirely on their needs. I may or may not be present, during their stay. Other things to note To prevent toilet clogs, dispose of all paper waste in the bins provided. Jugs of drinking water are on the counter & back porch. Some light switches are in unusual locations. The bathroom's is outside in the hallway. The kitchen's on the backsplash in between the sink & stove. The back porch to the left of the door, on entering & also in the kitchen above the triangular shelves. The outdoor motion sensor is low & to the right of the door, on entering. Replace the house key in the gnome. In an effort to conserve water, leave dirty dishes for the cleaning staff to wash. Leave sheets on the bed & either hang or leave used towels in the tub. Turn off the mini-splits, when going out for the day or at the end of your stay. The LED plant lights are on timers, don't tamper with them. Outdoor furniture cushions are in the school bus.
