This spacious home offers a large living room (with a fireplace), a dining room to enjoy family meals, a half bathroom, a laundry room and a well stocked kitchen with all the equipment (including a coffee bar) that you'll need to prepare meals after a long day of enjoying all that New River Gorge National Park has to offer!!! Afterwards you can enjoy the peaceful night sky and keep an eye out for wildlife that may be passing by. -Private back patio -Propane Grill (Propane provided) -6 person amish made patio set (Family Dinners) -6 Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire pit (wood provided) -5 person hot tub -It is the perfect oasis to unwind and recharge after your long day at the National Park!! COFFEE BAR: -Keurig or a Regular Coffee pot (we supply but feel free to bring your own) FRONT PORCH: -4 Cracker Barrel rocking chairs SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: -Master Bedroom has a king memory foam with ensuite so you can have your own private full bathroom with a make up vanity. -2nd Bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress with a 32in smart roku TV. -3rd Bedroom queen memory foam mattress with a 32in smart roku TV. -4th Bedroom queen memory foam mattress with a 32in smart roku TV. BATHROOMS: -Half bath located on the first floor. -Two Full Baths located on the 2nd floor. (we currently do not offer shampoo or body wash) INTERNET: If you have business you need to tend to while you're visiting, enjoy the 1000 mbps internet. CAMERAS: We've installed a Ring doorbell on the front door and a Ring floodlight on the garage. This helps us secure the property outside of the home. PARKING: The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. GUEST ACCESS: You will have whole house access (besides 2 cleaning/owners closets). So relax and make yourself at home! The address and the front door code will come the day before your arrival. Codes will change with each guest. OTHER THINGS: -We welcome up to 2 small dogs (just ask us) we love our animals. -No party or events -No Smoking inside the house The home is equipped to host up to 10 guests. Two in each room upstairs and two downstairs on day bed/trundle. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house (except one closet, for cleaners) and patio outside. House sits on a half acre lot in the city. Other things to note Our internet is excellent. Keep in mind, all bedrooms are located upstairs but there are accommodations downstairs as well (sleeper day bed and trundle both twin). There is a driveway with plenty of parking. Private backyard!
