Queen bed, private upstairs entrance with a private deck, full kitchen, 2 closets, dresser, Smart TV, tub/shower combo, with soft cotton linens. Living area has a desk with internet that can be used as wifi or ethernet. Lots of natural light and all is newly refinished/remodeled. Downtown San Angelo is historic and happening! Guest access Private parking lot, free for guests. Entry through the driveway between buildings is restricted to 911 access only. Other things to note A smoke free/pet free/child free space. Maximum of 2 guests. One sleeping area. Please be courteous of your noise level while in the building. We ask that you keep the volume to a level respectful of other guests. LONG TERM GUESTS (7 nights or longer) Cleaning and Laundry Service is available. Alternatively, cleaning supplies: vacuum, mop, broom, cleaning supplies can be made available if you’d rather do it yourself. Laundry facilities are available nearby but not on site. Paper supplies, coffee, etc… will be the guest’s responsibility after the initial supplies are used.
