The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a 1 car garage and additional off street parking. Home is fully furnished including large smart TV, washer and dryer. Home has been painted and remodeled in 2020 and 2022. Please note: The front porch will be remodeled come Spring. Home requires a short term rental contract due to local rental laws. The space 1st floor contains living room, dining room and kitchen. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms with a centrally located bathroom. Basement contains laundry. Other things to note I do not provide toilet paper, paper towels or napkins, bath soap, shampoo or conditioner, laundry detergent, coffee, or meals. There will, however, be minimal paper supplies to get you started, and some items are left here from prior guests. There is currently no security cameras at the residence, neither inside or outside.
