Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house sits at the end of a cult de sac on 7 acres of woods with some trails. Private entrance to the basement is around the back with patio area. All new carpet, flooring and paint. Outdoor pool available from May through September. The space There is a large living room with couches and a projector for watching movies. The bean bag unzips with a futon mattress inside for additional bed space. Extra air mattresses available as needed. The bedroom is smaller (especially with a queen sized bed) and has no window access. A full sized refrigerator/freezer w/ ice maker has been added as well as a washer and dryer. There is a computer desk available for studying, working, or entertainment. Guest access A guest parking spot is available in front of the home. The easiest route to the private entrance around back is to follow the sidewalk past the front door and around the left side of the house. Other things to note * Please be aware there is not a kitchen available. However, we have added a full sized refrigerator, freezer with ice maker and there is a microwave, toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, some knives, silverware, and basic utensils available. A shared Traeger grill is available for use as well, advanced notice appreciated. * Important to note that we do not charge an extra cleaning fee, unlike other stays in the area that charge an additional $30-$130 on top of your nightly price, so please clean up after yourself.
