On the main level, guests will find a living area with comfortable seating perfect for enjoying a movie after a long day on the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating. There is a dining table to seat 8 for guests to enjoy a meal together. The spacious balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the salty sea air. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the main level of the home. Bedroom #2 features a king bed, an attached bath and an LCD TV. Bedroom #3 has a king bed with an LCD TV and is located right next to the hallway bath.  On the second level, guests will find the master bedroom, along with bedrooms 4&5. The master is equipped with a king bed to sleep 2, a spacious ensuite bath, and an LCD TV. Bedrooms 4and 5 each feature a twin/full bunk and share a Jack-N-Jill bath.  About Fort Morgan Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!   Rental Age Policy We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
