Two Private Villas located along the shores of Chwaka Bay, each with spectacular views of the ocean. This incredible scenery, along with its own private pool & large deck is surrounded by a tropical lush garden and a shared walkway to the beach. The private Jetty extending into the ocean is shared by both villas and offer an ideal place to lounge or line fish during high tide. All rooms have an ensuite washroom, a private veranda, and a sea view allowing the African sunrise to be at arms reach! The space Each villa is identical offering the same amenities. Two bedrooms have double beds and two bedrooms have two single beds. Additional 2 roll beds will be provided if there are more than 8 guests. There is a kitchen, dining area & living room . Private chef available for hire however must notify Host 48 hours prior to arrival. If notified later, Private Chef is not guaranteed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be provided at additional cost. Meals can be prepared as per request. We have various customizable menus, or special dinners such as sea food bbq. Prices vary so inquire for more details. There is an organic farm at the property where guests can pick their own vegetables. Water is provided in the form of a Dispenser. This is free for guests during their stay. The Villas are properly secured and completely gated. Our onsite Manager is also available to assist guests during their stay. Free bikes rental are provided for the stay plus additional outdoor games. Cribs and High Chairs are provided at request. Advance noticed required. Guest access Pool, Barbeque, Pier, Garden, Organic Farm Other things to note The listing advertised is for ONE villa only. However we have two villas available to be booked. Please see our ariel image to see how the villas are separated. If you want to book both villas please ask us so that we can let check the availability. If both are available, we will give you the go ahead and you will have to make each booking separately. IMPORTANT: Make sure you have the correct number of guests (including children) when making your booking. Basic villa cleaning (sweeping of the inside) is done by villa staff on request by guest. Our Manager will arrange with you during check-in the housekeeping schedule if required. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the villa throughout their stay. Villa staff is not responsible for the cleaning of dishes/kitchen (unless the meals have been provided by Kena Beach Villas), bathrooms, bedrooms or living room during stay unless guests have paid extra for this service. The property is also linked to Kena Beach Hotel in Matemwe (approximately 35 minutes from Villas) where guests can be provided transport (at an additional cost) for a change of scenery. Excursions and Transfers can be arranged. Contact Host for more details. We require 48hrs notice for us to arrange transfers. If you require taxi at the last minute, we will not be able to provide our transport service but can arrange with local taxis (if available). Please note you will have to discuss rate and payment directly with the taxi driver. We can assist in calling them but we will not be responsible for anything further. Payment for Private Chef, Excursions or Transfers (if booked) is to be paid onsite in Cash Only (USD, TSH or EUROS). We do not buy groceries on behalf of our guests under any circumstances. If you have chosen the Private Chef Services, guests are required to buy their OWN groceries and provide them for our chef. No exceptions.
